Professional Diploma in Ship Management (PDSM)

The PDSM is a Marex Academy's 120-credit 48-week Flagship Program designed to prepare aspiring professionals for operational and management roles in the global maritime industry. Delivered over 48 weeks through instructor-led weekend sessions, the program equips participants with technical, commercial, and managerial skills required to excel in shore-based roles across shipping companies, ports, and maritime service organizations. No prior maritime experience is required. Students will have to complete following modules to complete the course.

This PCMB 60-credit, 24-week program focuses on the commercial and managerial aspects of shipping.

It covers global shipping foundations, maritime trade, business strategy, and financial management, enabling students and professionals to understand how maritime companies operate and make commercial decisions within international trade systems. Ideal for those seeking specialized maritime business knowledge without a full diploma commitment.

Foundation Certificate in Global Shipping & Maritime Trade (FCGM)

The FCGM is a 24-credit, 10-week program that introduces participants to the global maritime industry.

It covers shipping markets, trade routes, ports, and the maritime ecosystem, providing a solid foundation for further professional study in ship management or maritime business programs.
